[問題] hspice模擬和手算差異
這幾天想弄清楚Hspice.lis檔的各個參數
例如下面

我的認知中 beta = UnCox*W/L
於是乎飽和區電流公式應該為 id=1/2*beta*vod^2=133.1325u
但是依照Lis檔的beta vod算出來的值卻是約1.94*10^-4
想請問這是怎麼回事呢 就算把λ算進去也相去不遠
是因為不同種的model level所以飽和電流公式不同嗎?
另外還想請問電晶體的level要怎麼看?
爬了版上發現似乎沒有人有同樣疑問 是我哪裡弄錯了嗎?
