[問題] Zener & Schottky用途的差異
請問兩種二極體用途的差異為何?
蕭基是低順向偏壓、逆偏電壓為大電壓、但逆偏電流大
稽納是高順向偏壓、逆偏電壓為小電壓、但逆偏電流小
但蕭基和稽納都是運用在逆偏時為多
請問這兩者運用在電路中,分別當成哪種工具為多
另外稽納為何逆偏可有較小膝點電壓
但逆偏電流也小,對於他半導體特性該如何解釋
