[問題] 關於chopper裡的OPA
小弟目前在做chopper,目前碰到的問題是這樣的!
我的OP(folded_cascode)是設計成74db的增益,操作在50hz,振幅1mv,
輸入電壓2.5V的sin波訊號狀態下,
目前最多只能消除10uv的offset..再大的offset(100uv以上)會使得輸出端被飽和,
或者使得OP因offset太大,導致有些MOS沒有正常運作(操作在linear區)
,雖然我有接CMFB,但還是會被偏移到linear區,這也是我煩惱的地方.......
想請問一下,有人能提供一下經驗這種的chopper大概用多少增益的OP就可以了?
因為我後來重新設計(增益67db)還是碰到類似的問題,我希望至少可以消除100uv的offset
