[問題] HSPICE電阻

小弟最近要用SPICE模擬 想要呼叫.18的電阻進來 之前也有爬文過了 但怎麼樣都顯示錯誤 說無法定義 麻煩大大們幫我看看感恩 想呼叫電阻的形式 .subckt rppo1rpo n1 n2 l=length w=width mf=1 我想把電阻組成一個子電路 用下面的語法寫出來 .subckt R-twoR VDD Vout RT1 RT0 XR1 VDD Vout rppo1rpo L=10u W=2u mf=3 XR2 Vout RT1 rppo1rpo L=10u W=2u mf=6 XR3 VDD RT1 rppo1rpo L=10u W=2u mf=3 XR4 RT1 RT0 rppo1rpo L=10u W=2u mf=6 XR5 VDD RT0 rppo1rpo L=10u W=2u mf=6 .ends R-twoR 出現的錯誤 definition rend_rppo1rpo not declared for rend0.
