[問題] Linux下灌Cadence Virtuoso

最近需要灌Virtuoso Schematic Editor 我按照CIC Install Guide的步驟下去安裝但是到最後source /usr/..../ic.cshrc時出現以下 line 17: syntax error near unexpected token '(' line 17: 'foreach bin_pre(${bin_prefix})' 之問題後來我再試 tcsh source /usr/..../ic.cshrc icfb& 就出現了 /usr/..../cur/tools/dfII/bin/icfb: /usr/.../cur/tools/bin/cds_root: /lib/ld/- linux. so. 2: bad ELF interpreter: 沒有此一檔案或目錄 unable to find the cadence software in your $PATH Please fix this and try again. 我寄信去CIC問他是說可能檔案沒下載好或解壓縮沒解好但是我check下載檔案大小是對的解壓縮也沒漏掉所以??! 希望有會工作站的大大能解惑, 拜託! 嗚嗚 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.127.183.145
