An AlGaInP LED with P-Type GaP Window of resistivity of 0.05 cm ,
Please calculate the current density J( X ) and the Ls current spreading
length for a window Layer of thickness of 2 , 5 , 15um
(assume dice dimesion 300um*300um and a circular top contact of 80um diameter)
