[問題]請問body偏壓
請問一下..我在一篇paper裡面有看到
說bias voltage applied to the body node is limited to 0.7V for NMOS
(Vdd-0.7 for PMOS)
是說基體節點的偏壓適於0.7嗎(NMOS)?
後面有說到因為那裡有PN junction
不然的話parasitic diodes會turned on導致很大的電流通過
請問他這樣說是為什麼呢??

bias voltage applied to the body node is limited to 0.7V for NMOS
(Vdd-0.7 for PMOS),because there is a PN junction between the body
and source region of the MOSFETs 。otherwise these parasitic diodes will
be turned on and incur huge currents。
