[問題] 關於Early effect
For a particular npn transistor operating at v(BE) of 670mV and Ic =
3 mA, the i(C)-v(BE) characteristic has a slope of (三乘十的負五次方) .
To what value of output resistance does this correspond?
我不太懂的是,他就已經把slope求出來了,幹麻還問resistance阿?
同ㄧ題:What is the value of the Early voltage for this transistor?
為何答案不是r(0) multiplate Ic?
同ㄧ題:For operation at 30 mA, what would the output resistance become?
應該是V(A)/30(mA) 吧....但V(A)就求錯了....所以也錯了....@@
