will retire from football after Euro 2012.
The 34-year-old Dynamo Kiev forward is preparing to call it a day after
representing Ukraine in next year's European championships.
Ukraine will co-host the tournament with Poland and 'Sheva' is keen to bow
out with some international success to his name.
"I have decided I will leave football after Euro 2012," the former Milan star
is quoted as saying by La Repubblica.
"It is a definitive choice."
Speaking of the tournament, he added: "Mentally we are already there and we
want to do our best in front of the fans.
"I also think Ukraine can beat any of the national sides who are favourites
to win it if we have a bit of luck."
Sheva and company take on France in an international friendly next week.
