[打屁] Flash遊戲算是Freeware嗎？
很奇妙的問題
之前遇到一個人信誓旦旦的跟我說小遊戲是Freeware這是大家公認的事實，所以可以任意
轉載，即使提供大家分享的網站Term of use已經寫了非原作者禁止散布，也只是該網站
的版權宣告而非禁止轉載。所以他的網站可以拿去用...
後來說到他的網站他反而說要我寫信去問那個外國網站，請他們把不是原作者上傳的東西
拿掉...，似乎永遠聽不懂只是單純原作者有沒有同意的問題。
讓我不禁想到，沒有收費，也沒有明確提到是什麼方式授權的小軟體，到底應該怎麼歸類
算是Freeware嗎？
如果先不管分類，在沒有得到原作者的同意之前，我們其他人將他傳到自己的網路空間，
進而散布出去，是不是一種侵權呢？
我的認知裡面，是的！除非授權裡面有明確的寫可以，否則是不行的。
不知道大家怎麼覺得？
突然意識到的問題....如果不合板規，告知後我會刪掉...
