我想問的是...
踩大鼓踩久了...小腿或大腿是不是變粗啊?>////<
還是會出現小腿肌呢!?
因為在我之前學了幾個月鼓的時候
我朋友就說:
( ̄y▽ ̄)╭ 妳看妳的右腿跟左腿,兩邊的大小有差喔!
瞎咪!? 仔細看還真的看得出來咧! ( ̄□ ̄|||)a 還好沒有很明顯..
這算是練鼓的意外收穫嗎?( ̄▽ ̄)||
請問眾鼓手們有發現自己的腿肌也變"強壯"了嗎?
這是正常現象嗎?還是其實是我用力不對呢?
不過也有可能是因為有練跆拳道的關係,所以腿變結實了吧!
有時候連踩速度很快時,會覺得整隻腿開始緊繃耶!XD
這時候就很怕 不知道會不會長蘿蔔...!? ( ̄▽ ̄")
