爸爸電腦斷層檢查
之前是脂肪肉瘤 目前開刀已開刀切除
昨天去做電腦斷層看有沒有復發
請問可以幫忙看報告嗎謝謝
Clinical Information: A 61 Y/O male, recurrent liposarcoma along left psoas and
iliacus muscles s/p salvage op on 2023/1/7, margin positive S/P RT. Comparison w
as made with CT dated on 2023/12/11 showing stationary residual tumor in left ps
oas muscle and along left pelvic sidewall.Computed tomography of chest, abdomen,
pelvis, without and with IV enhancement (100 ml of Iohexol, 350 mg/ml), axial 5
mm, showed:S/P retroperitoneal liposarcoma excsion, colectomy and left nephrect
omy.Stationary fatty lesions in the left psoas muscle (Se3 Im40, 54), and a lipo
matous soft tissue lesion along the anterior surface of lower left psoas muscle
(3.5 cm, Se3 Im63) extending to left inguinal canal (Se3 Im71-77), suggesting re
sidual/recurrent tumor.Presence of accessory spleen.Right renal cyst and tiny ca
lyceal stone.No evidence of mass lesion in the GI tract and abdominal visceral o
rgans including liver, spleen, pancreas and bilateral adrenal glands.Ascending c
olon diverticulosis.No overt lung nodule in the scanned field. Plate atelectasis
in RML. No pleural effusion.Degenerative change of the spine without evidence o
f tumor. Impression: Retroperitoneal liposacoma S/P OP and RT. Stationary retrop
eritoneal tumors along the anterior surface of lower left psoas muscle (3.5 cm,
Se3 Im63), left external iliac extraperitoneum to the left inguinal canal.
