[問題] 耳朵後面腫了一顆

最近耳朵（非耳朵上）後面長了一顆腫塊 摸起來軟軟的 像水球的感覺 壓起來有點痛但不會很痛 照片血是我手賤抓的 請問這是痘痘還是什麼 需要看醫生嗎？ http://i.imgur.com/lQRHW3d.jpg
