[問題] NuSkin制度問題 能否有強者詳細解說?
如題~因為最近一個認識很久的朋友決定要全力衝刺了
也卯起來邀約,因此上禮拜才被他邀約聽演講過,不過也被我婉拒了.....
其實我跟他不是今年才接觸過nuskin,四年半前就接觸過了
當初我跟他也入會了一陣子,但後來我體認到我不適合作直銷
因為我不太會社交、溝通講話,偏偏就我來看,要做直銷的最需要的
人格特質就是以上這兩點,因此我就淡出了~
我朋友他也是沉寂了好一陣子,其中有一陣子一度上了主任
但後來某些緣故沒有繼續下去,因此又降回去了~
雖然常常聽經營者說做nuskin會多成功多成功,月收年薪破幾萬幾十萬這樣~
但我更想知道,比例上來說,100個經營者裡,有幾個是成功(註)的?
註:我個人在這裡對成功下個定義-從nuskin上穫得的金錢
扣掉任何花費在nuskin上的費用之後~收入是正的,這樣標準夠低了吧?!
其實我也問過幾個經營者類似的問題,但他們給我的回答都在避重就輕 打太極
因此我決定問問廣大的板友們,希望能歸納出讓我滿意的結論~
言歸正傳,有無板友能把nuskin直銷完整的"遊戲規則"
鉅細靡遺的講解出來呢?這樣問只是問個大方向
還有很多細部的問題想問但不知道如何問...能否跟小弟我討論一下呢?

17471篇...我覺得整體比例還是很重要的說...拿考試來比喻 就算你準備充分
還不是確保穩上 影響結果的變因太多了 考題難度 範圍 當天身心狀況
其他考生實力 準備充分與否等等 自己能控制的變因只有準備充分
其他根本是不可控制變因...我想說的是 就算把自身能力極大化 能成功的還是
那比例上的少部分人 就好像能考上的也是只有那些人阿 不是嗎?

看了一下aensland大提供的如新官網解說...就制度規則面來看
一開始個人要考核LOI上任,上主任之後不是沒事了 還要每個月有固定業績
來穩住你的聘階,然後帶更多下線考核LOI,下線們上了之後自己的聘階就會往上升
那上了之後呢?比方說從主任上了黃金主任,自己的每月最低PSV也會上升嗎?
如果你下面的"唯一一個"主任掉聘了 那自己還會是黃金主任嗎?
