早餐: 2 slice of whole meal toast + 1/4 avocado + goat cheese + lemon slice
+ long black
午餐: lots veggies + oats + chicken breast
晚餐: lots veggies + 2 banana + 7 mussels + 2 kiwifruits
運動: 1.5 h r
喝水量: 2000 cc
今天的心情:
Need to lessen my dinner portion :/
