第幾天了\(‵▽′)>: 22
早餐: salami + cheese + whole grain bun + long black
午餐: lots of green veggies + chicken breast + oats
晚餐: 1 apple + 2 banana + oat porridge + few broccoli
運動: 1 hr workout + 15 mins sauna
喝水量: 2000 up
今天的心情:
Ok. I want to lose some fat , how come it's getting so hard once you over 35 :
