早餐: brunch : 3 pieces of toast, half bag of chips :/ + 2 kiwifruits + 1 appl

晚餐: lots of green veggies + 1 apple + 1 kiwifruit + 1 salami + 4 mussels
運動: 1.5 hrs workout + 15 mins sauna
喝水量: 2000 cc
今天的心情: Had try my best in the gym.
Tomorrow is Monday :(
