Breakfast : muffin*1 , caramel latte
Lunch: chicken wrap, energy bar*1
Afternoon tea: black coffee
Dinner: mini pies*2, white coffee, 10 mussels,30g Italian salami, 4 kiwi fruit
s, a bowl of oats
Exercise: no
Need to join the workshop course today, I knocked off too late, I think I need
to eat less especially dinner.
Work hard, play hard and keep fit is my goal at my thirties.
