[日記] 有明顯努力的減肥 D5
第幾天了\(‵▽′)>:認真的第五天 不過是首PO~
早餐:奶昔(有沒有人來說說到底是否有用?)
午餐:炸雞腿加白飯(約莫三分之一碗)
晚餐:辣味鍋貼*10+酸辣湯
運動:仰臥起坐*40+50回的空中腳踏車+抬腿+滾輪按摩
喝水量:約莫1800cc
今天的心情:
喝奶昔到底有沒有用阿?
我是看著我媽真的這樣喝了瘦下來,才跟進的。
鍋貼是罪惡阿!!其實是今天完成論文的小獎勵這樣,
今天早上量體重61.7,睡了一覺起床61.8
喝奶昔喝了約莫一個月了,當早餐這樣,體重從64.7→61.7
現在有停滯的感覺,希望加入一點點的運動能繼續往下跑。
加油加油!!(其實有點無力Q_Q)
