早餐:饅頭夾蛋+無糖豆漿 490
午餐:自助餐兩菜一肉一碗飯 450
晚餐:同午餐 450
運動:跑步機35min(3.65km)+健身車35min
喝水量:2200cc
今天的心情: 雖然一直喊著說要減肥 但是一直沒有好好記錄自己的運動跟飲食
開始來記錄吧!!!!!
