i have been lazy after get off work lately,good news is my sleep time is
better than before , bad news is i almost do nothing at night.
eat dinner , talk with my kids , do a little weight training , bathe the child
and take a bath , dry hair , body , use smart phone watch some funny youtube
, and sleep .
