2018/07/01運動回來
感覺不錯
竟然在這麼短的時間內線條可以這麼快有加深的感覺
週六週日沒有回家看媽媽 去運動時好像真的像放假一樣
都只做了1.5小時流了滿身大汗就回家了
下午看了王牌天神2
看這部電影時總是不願放過上帝告訴主角妻子的話
「If someone prays for patience ,
you think God gives them patience,
or does he give them the opportunity to be patient?」
「If he prayed for courage,
does God give him courage,
or does he give him opportunities to be courageous?」
「If someone prayed for the family to be closer,
do you think God zaps them with warm fuzzy feelings,
or does he give them opportunities to love each other?」
雖然說我總是語帶抱怨的在面對這個世界
但是...我是很認真的在執行著這三段話呢！
