Devin Harris has already publicly endorsed Lawrence Frank. But ask Harris
what some of his teammates think of Frank and it's easy to understand why Rod
Thorn has yet to make a decision about Frank's future with the team.
雖說小哈公開幫 Frank 背書，但問及小哈關於其他隊友的看法，就會覺得 Thorn
說要另外做個決議並不奇怪。
Making an appearance at the NBA Store in Manhattan earlier, Harris suggested
that his teammates are split on whether or not Frank should be back pacing
the sidelines next season.
小哈出現在曼哈頓的nba商店，他暗示著其實他的隊友有分兩派，
支持法蘭克連任和不支持。
"I think some guys are kind of too young to understand what's going on and
some of the veterans I think have mixed feelings," Harris said.
小哈說：我認為有許多人還有些年輕不能理解事情的發展，
而有些老手則有多重的感觸。
If you've been following this situation closely, then you know what Thorn
said last week about his concerns over whether or not Frank is still being
heard in the Nets' locker room. Some of Harris's comments today only
confirmed that Thorn should be worried about that.
如果你熟知目前球隊的這個狀況，那你就知道為什麼 Thorn 說他還要重新評量
是否留任 Frank，因為不知道 Frank 在球員心中已經有沒有地位，說的話會不會被聽。
而今天小哈的訪談內容應該要讓 Thorn 感到擔憂。
Asked whether Frank's voice being heard is an issue with the team, Harris
started his answer by saying, "I don't think so," before going on to say
that, yes, perhaps it is an issue - whether he meant it or not.
被問到法禿的聲音有沒有被球員們聆聽時，小哈開始了他的答案...
"我並不這麼認為。" 在他說出"可能是個問題所在"之前。
"It is a long season and speaking from a player's standpoint, voices do get
repetitive, which is natural. But that's a big thing for (Rod) obviously, if
everybody is buying in, if the voice is being heard," Harris said. "If you
look at us and how we play defensively, you wouldn't think so. Maybe not. But
it's a hard thing to discern because you can only speak for yourself. It's no
secret that we're not that good defensively and we tend to struggle with
team-oriented things, so maybe not everybody is buying in as much as we need
to.
小哈說:"在一個漫長的球季，而且來自一個球員的觀點，教練的聲音確實
自然會造成煩擾。這對 Thorn 而言也是一個嚴重的事情，原因是
如果大家都對教練的話買單、如果他的聲音都有被聽見，
但你再看看我們是否在防守端做到好，你就不會認為我們都是一致聽從教練的。
或許不是，因為這件事情是不容意去發掘的，唯有自己能聽見自己的聲音。
這已經不是秘密了，我們不是防守夠好夠穩定的球隊，而我們總是傾向
掙扎著沒辦法將團隊取向的事情做到好，所以或許不是每個球員都將教練的話
買單，就當我們必須去達成任務的時候。"
Maybe I'm reading between the lines too much, but here's one that I found
interesting. Asked if he is still hearing what the coach has to say, Harris
suggested that the relationship is not exactly one that comes naturally.
此文作者說，或許我從這些話語當中解讀了太多，但是這是我發覺有趣的地方。
在小哈被問到是否他聽進教練所說的話時，小哈暗示著彼此的關係並非自然相處，

"My job is easy," Harris said. "We're forced to have an open communication.
We're forced to collaborate on different things so we talk about different
things on a daily basis. A point guard and a coach have to have that type of
relationship."
小哈答覆說:"我的工作很輕鬆，我們是被強迫有一個公開的溝通。
我和教練是必須在不同的事情上面合作，所以我們每天都會在日常談及公事。
這就是一般教練和控衛所有的例行公事。"
Harris said he was one of the players Thorn talked to about Frank following
the season but said he has no idea what will happen to the coach.
小哈也說到他是其中一個 Thorn 跟他討論 Frank 去向的球員，
可是他也不清楚教練下一個球季的動向。
Asked what has to happen next season if Frank does come back, Harris had this
to say: "It's got to be an all-around effort. I think we have to change some
things structurally, kind of simplify it for some of the guys. We have to
come in - and it starts with myself and Vince - with a concerted effort to
buy into what we need to do. Even if we don't agree with what's going on, if
we all try together we'll succeed more than we fail."
作者又繼續問了個問題，如果法禿繼任，則有什麼事情會發生。
小哈回答了："全面性的都必須下功夫努力。我認為該去改變一些結構上的事情，
就像簡化一些球員的工作。我們依然必須挺身而出，而依然是我和 Vince 出面，

畢竟繼續打拼成功的機會比失敗的機會還來得大"
As for if he wants Frank back, Harris started with a long, "Uuuuh," before
saying what he said before.
又至於他是否希望 Frank 回來呢？小哈在表達之前發出了長串的.."呃......"
"I would love to have him back," Harris said. "But it's not my decision.
They're going to do what's best for the team.
小哈說："我當然開心他回來，但是這不是我所能決定的，
管理階層必須找到對球隊最好的方式。"
