[食譜] 週一三家 bolognese 和 cheese breads
For the bolognese, I like to adopt Jamie Oliver's recipe:

Don't worry about the ingredients, we can skip the bacon and the celery. I
will go and buy them at the weekend.
For the cheese breads we need:
* 4-5 pieces of garlic
* a bit of oil (preferrably olive oil or, if too expensive, butter)
* one roll of goat's cheese
* a French baguette bread
* fresh basil (the Italian one, NOT the Thai basil)
(actually the garlic and the basil are already contained in the pasta recipe)
I am gonna buy those ingredients as well.
What we need to do for the bread:
1. Cut the garlic in thin slices. Wash the basil and cut the leaves in
rough slices.
2. Cut the bread in thin slices. Heat some oil up in a pan and fry the
bread slices at low temperature from one side until they are golden-brown.
3. Turn the bread slices in the pan, add a little bit of garlic on each
slice. Cut the goat's cheese in slices, put one to two slices of goat's
cheese on one bread each.
4. Keep the pan hot at low temperature until the cheese is gently melted
and the other side of the breads is crispy too. (optional: cover the pan with
a lid.)
5. Cover the cheese with the cut basil leafes. (if you want to add some
spicyness, add some fresh black pepper)
6. Eat warm!
