新世紀來臨，科技文明恐怕會一直進步、修改、架構甚至重新定義人類生活，
New century arrives. I'm afraid that the technological civilization will
advances, modifies, structures the life of human beings. Even redefines it.
但不可否認，仍然無法主宰一切。
However, undeniablely, cannot dominate everything.
強國的發展變成是一種指標，突然間腦海裡好像安排了這樣地一張藍圖，
The development of strong nations becomes a kind of pointer.
Suddenly, my mind seems to arrange a blueprint like this.
美國負責外太空和內太空，中國負責這中間的天空、俄羅斯扮演監督或補強的角色，
The U.S.A. is responsible for the outer and inner space.
China the middle air, Russia supervises and reinforces her.
地表，包括陸地和海洋則由英、法、德、義再加上其他不錯的國家負責，
The surface of the earth, including continents and oceans,
is in charge of the U.K., France, Germany, Italy, and other
well-developed nations.
在地表上，蘊藏著豐富而且多樣的內涵，等待著這上面的人們來說明一切。
Above it holds rich and various meanings waiting for people
up there to express them all.
我來自地獄，我是我自已，
I came from hell. I am on my own.
我的確承受過地獄般的痛苦與折磨，只是我是用生存的意志撐過來。
I indeed bore hellish pain and torture merely with the will to survival.
現在我學聰明會反擊。
Now I learned smart striking back.
中國流氓恐嚇聯合國和世界性組織拒絕臺灣，就像罪犯和未被愛過的女人一樣變化多端，
Punks of China threaten the U.N. and international organizations variously
as criminals and women never been loved to refuse Taiwan.
但是唯一不變的是愛與慈悲，
But the only stable are love and mercy.
這個世界如果沒有愛與慈悲，命運與因果報應將萬劫不復，
Without love and mercy, karma will eternally return.
只可惜愛與慈悲並不好用。
Unfortunately, love and mercy are not easy to use.
在台灣的山脈當中有許多源自中國的梯田，
On the mountains in Taiwan, there're many rice terraces from China.
大部分臺灣原住民族來自南中國少數民族，
Most taiwanese aboriginal races came from the southern China minority.
而且臺灣是南島文明發源地，
Meanwhile, Taiwan is the homeland of the Austronesian civilization.
因此臺灣原住民族學會開闢梯田，
Hence, Taiwanese aboriginal races learned how to built rice terraces,
漂洋過海到菲律賓成為菲律賓原住民族，
and traveled on the sea to the Philippines as Philippine aborigional races.
菲律賓原住民族世世代代在山脈中開闢梯田，
Philippine aborigional races built rice terraces on mountains for generations.
甚者，西方文明遺產之一教堂，也經由菲律賓漂洋過海座落於臺灣山脈中，
Moreover, churches, one of western civilization heritages,
also traveled on the sea to site on the cordilleras in Taiwan.
今日此三種文明中，
Nowadays, of these three civilization,
西方文明歷史最短卻最紮實、南島文明最長卻不被世界重視、中國文明處境卻最尷尬，
the western is the shortest and solidest, the austronesian the longest but
the least, the chinese the most embarrassing.
臺灣高山在三種文明交集之下，出現教堂與梯田兩種文化遺產，其特殊不言而喻。
Under the intersection of three civilizations on cordilleras in Taiwan,
appears churches and rice terraces with particularities of none expression.
世界遺產委員會將菲律賓山脈的梯田列為瀕臨危險中的世界遺產之一，
World Heritage Committee has decided to include the rice terraces of the
Philippine cordilleras on the List of World Heritage in danger.
卻忽略臺灣高山的教堂與梯田。
Instead, ignores the churches and rice terraces of the Taiwanese cordilleras.
對照臺灣在國際的政治現實，除了底下這個原因，我想不出其他理由，
In contrast with the international political reality of Taiwan,
I came up with no reasons but the following.
中國企圖讓臺灣從這個世界消失。
China attempts to vanish Taiwan from the earth.
