1. 中華民國在馬英九總統任內的國際空間是擴大還是縮小了? 是如
和擴大或縮小的? 為什麼有些批評說他的外交政策是矮化了國家
主權? 有任何與前述批評不同的論述嗎?
During President Ma Ying-jeou's presidency, did the Republic of China
gain more or less international space? How? Also, why were his foreign
policy and programs criticized by some people and organizations as
downgrading the country's soveregnty? Any counter-argument or
argument different from the said criticism?
2. 自1980年代開始、1990年代達到頂峰的「務實外交」或「彈性外
交」，其背景及主要做法為何? 你認為蔣經國總統為何在執政初
期拒絕或無法採取如此的政策?
What are the background principal measures of the "Pragmatic
Diplomacy" or "Flexible Diplomacy" that began in the 1980s and
climaxed in the 1990s? Why do you think President Chiang Ching-kuo
refused or failed to adopt this policy in his early presidency?
3. 美國始終是中華民國對外關係最重要的外部行為者之一。請藉由檢
視1960年代至1970年代的我國外交事件與關係以闡述此一說法。
The United States has always been one of the most critical external
actors influencing the Republic of China's foreign relations. Please
elaborate on the above statement by examining what happened to the
country's diplomacy and foreign relations between the 1960s and 1970s.
