Endian cleanup
Hi all,
the patch at http://leaf.dragonflybsd.org/~joerg/endian.diff
includes a major update to our endian handling, written by Hiten
and me. I'm not sure about the sys/param.h and arpa/inet.h part,
because the former is current practise according to byteorder(3) and
the later SUS requirement.
