em(4) sync with FreeBSD -current

Hi all, the patch ftp://dragonflybsd.dyndns.org/patches/testing/if_em.diff syncs the driver with FreeBSD current and most importantly provides the initial bus_dma support. My own card works fine with it, so I give it a commit-line of three days, if no negative feedback arrives. Joerg
