do full kernel builds on git pulls
Numerous kernel structures will be changing this week. People who
regularly pull in the latest development branch will probably need
to do full kernel rebuilds this week to avoid structural mismatches.
I will be working on the buffer cache MPSAFE code this week, and
possibly also MPSAFE for vnode reads and writes which hit the buffer
cache on HAMMER filesystems. Keep on the lookout for instabilities.
