adding to share/misc/pci_vendors

The top of src/share/misc/pci_vendors has instructions to run a perl script to generate the contents of this file, but I can't seem to find the script. Am I looking in the wrong places or are the instructions out of date? Thanks. -- Chuck Tuffli Agilent Technologies
