This sounds like a good idea. At least in theory one could even
assume more input from people developing API's etc.. to be documented.
I think that there should be guide lines on the type of wiki though or
at setup at least. I don't think open wiki's work for any project.
Some projects try to use them but quickly change to a type of
moderation based wiki.
