make upgrade - removal additional obsolete files
* Remove /usr/lib/libc_r.so.5, libthread_xu.so.2, libc_r_p.a, and
libthread_xu_p.a, in addition to the base libc_r and libthread_xu
libraries.
* All of these were relocated to /usr/lib/thread/
