mptable: Prepare to create I/O APIC MPTABLE enumerator
- Run mptable_probe() at BOOT2_PRESMP/ORDER_FIRST.
- Save MPTABLE's physical address in global variable.
- Move preliminary LAPIC checks from MPTABLE probing to MPTABLE LAPIC
enumerator's probing function.
