loader(8): Add back some loader.conf vars which the old code handled.
These are variables which all correspond to boot(8) options:
Variable Equivalent to

boot_askname boot -a
boot_cdrom boot -C
boot_ddb boot -d
boot_gdb boot -g
boot_serial boot -h
boot_single boot -s
boot_userconfig boot -c
boot_verbose boot -v
boot_vidcons boot -V
