spinlocks - adjust man pages and *_quick_* routines
* Adjust man pages to reflect the recent changes (removal of shared
spinlocks, renaming of exclusive spinlocks).
* Remove old man page symlinks and adjust new ones.
* Rename the spin_{un,}lock_wr_quick ro spin_{un,}lock_quick.
