Remove WARNS?=6 from two Makefiles where it is not needed.
WARNS is 6 by default in bin/, games/, sbin/, usr.bin/ and usr.sbin/
(per Makefile.inc) and only needs to be specified explicitly there
for utilities which need WARNS < 6.
