git: syslog: introduce /var/log/daemon

syslog: introduce /var/log/daemon
* The idea is taken from OpenBSD.
* The immediate benefit is more informational messages from sensorsd,
e.g. stuff like the total number of sensors, configuration reloads
and 'OK' and 'within' status/state events.
