cpdup - Add -F<ssh-opt>, add code to remove need for FreeBSD ports patch
* Add -F<ssh-opt>, allow arbitrary options to be passed to ssh.
* Ignore UFS2 snapshots (FreeBSD)
* Add missing #include (FreeBSD)
