ukbd - Add USBD_CALLBACK_LAST back in
* The USBD_CALLBACK_LAST flag was mistakenly removed in the kbdmux
commit. Add it back in.
This unbreaks usb keyboards when dropping into a mountroot prompt
or dropping into ddb.
