vmstat - Add another byte of width for Csw, Trp, Sys, Int, and Flt.
Reorganize the Proc: and csw/trp/sys/int/sof/flt line a bit to make them
a bit wider so they are less likely to squeeze together without any
separation on heavily loaded systems.
