Tigers put LHP Purcey on paternity leave
CHICAGO (AP)—The Detroit Tigers have placed reliever David Purcey(notes) on
the paternity leave list and recalled left-hander Adam Wilk(notes) from
Triple-A Toledo.
The Tigers announced the moves Sunday before their game at the White Sox.
底特律老虎隊把中繼投手David Purcey放入陪產假名單，
並從3A的Toledo召喚左投Adam Wilk。
老虎是在週日對上白襪賽前宣布這項球員異動消息。
Purcey is 0-0 with a 3.18 ERA in 16 appearances. The left-hander can stay on
the paternity leave list for one to three days.
Wilk was 4-4 with a 3.54 ERA in nine starts for Toledo. He has appeared in
one game with Detroit, allowing an unearned run in 3 2-3 innings of relief.
