使用者 lukerichard 於本月初因洗錢遭本處判決確定後，復註冊
分身帳號 fredgo 於 tung_hwa、riddle 等板以不當方式影響稿費
判定獲利，依洗錢防制法再犯論，lukerichard 處以帳戶歸零及罰
單五張，分身帳號予以砍除。
lukerichard 所不當利用看板中，tung_hwa 板板主長期放任該板
予人洗錢，依看板違規處理辦法，設為違法看板。
