[義式] 義式單份濃度做成雙份一樣濃度的疑問?
請問一下板友
關於義式咖啡的單份雙份濃度問題
如果單份濾杯喝7克萃取30ml的濃度
當使用雙份濾杯想分成兩杯做同樣濃度 是否就14克粉 萃取兩個30ml濃度就會相同?
(在這假設萃取時間都控制在30秒)
因為之前曾經在某咖啡用品店聽到 說做雙份粉量不必用到兩倍
由於當時沒追問 不知是否不必用到兩倍也能做出單份的濃度?
想問一下各位先進 是否有此說法 還是那是錯誤的?!
如果用雙份濾杯而粉量不必兩倍就能做到相同濃度 那就可減少咖啡豆成本
長期下來應該可省下不少吧
