小弟我在手沖咖啡時
大多都是用15g粉:240~250cc的水
(視深淺焙而有所不同)
然而最近聽聞 可以透過第二次沖煮來觀察第一次是否萃取充足
我也試了幾次
但第二次沖出來的咖啡 當然有一點咖啡味
卻不知道該怎麼判定第一次到底有沒有萃取完整
請問版上的各位都是怎麼做的呢?
