[心得] 有機喜瑞咖啡已刪文
從四年前開始默默看板上文章接觸咖啡香以來,
一直對於即溶咖啡的定位放在快速,非真正咖啡,
但是基於興趣與好奇就想把全聯架上的即溶咖啡都試過一輪,
不過一直沒有特別驚艷的產品,
直到昨天買的有機喜瑞咖啡,
我不是個有機狂,
只是單純沒喝過買來喝看看而已,
但這罐即溶咖啡真的讓人覺得相當出色。
產自哥倫比亞的阿拉比卡豆,
香醇而濃郁,
口味上偏甜,
入喉後的回甘味特別明顯,
讓人喝的很享受。
有興趣的人可以買來喝看看。

我知道大家對即溶咖啡不喜歡,
不過去喝看看就知道為什麼我會特地浮出水面了,
這家可能就是那種把好豆子做即溶的傻子吧。

我是看到AGF的公司訪談影片說要挑戰極限做出跟手沖味道一樣好的即溶咖啡後,
才產生興趣開始找開架上的即溶咖啡喝的,
以常見的冷凍乾燥法來說,
製程也是要從選豆開始,
所以豆子真的沒影響嗎?
我喝下來是覺得有差別的,
希望大家交換意見,

以現在主流的冷凍乾燥萃取法中,為了保留咖啡豆複雜的香氣,
需在真空的環境下進行,但是豆子的香氣好壞,
仍源自豆子的好壞本身,而現在萃取的機器也不斷進步,
我知道您瞧不起即溶咖啡,但這只是我覺得有趣才進行的分享,
