[單品] 手沖溫度
最近都用學校的飲水機沖手沖,但最高溫實測只能到85度,想說將就沖,但發現沖出來比
在家用90度沖還苦澀,有點過萃的感覺,也沖不出ok的味道,但書上寫說溫度越低酸度不
是應該越高嗎?反而溫度越低卻有點偏苦澀,手沖新手還請解答,對了,其他變數都沒變
,時間,豆子等等…
另外,想探討說水溫是越低越酸遞增呢?還是跟豆性有直接關係?

我整理一下,所以說酸苦度並不絕對隨著水溫有一定的改變,還要加上水質,豆性和烘焙
