[義式] 拉花牛奶的溫度
對於拉花牛奶的溫度一直有個疑問,從書上得到的資訊建議是68度左右,但是我問一些咖啡店的拉花高手,他們都不用溫度計,直接用手感受溫度,有些高手建議覺得燙就可關上蒸氣,我實際的試驗,我的手感到燙的溫度約50度,這樣打出的奶泡又太稀了,我的機器是Gee,想請問大家是怎麼來決定關閉蒸氣的時間點?
