[單品] 手沖水量計算
一般手沖使用者不會特別去準備一個手沖架分離濾杯和下壺
因此要精確沖出要的咖啡量就要了解咖啡粉的吸收水量
當然多多少少還是會跟研磨的粗細有些微的差異
不過應該還是有參考的價值!
咖啡粉量 20g
注水200+20*2 ml=240ml 水(參考前人說法 1g粉吸收2 ml水)
實際沖出191 ml 咖啡
20g粉吸收240-191=49 ml 水
每g粉吸收49/20=2.45 ml水
(其實跟一直流傳下來的說法沒有差很多)
