烘豆冷卻和出油問題
烘完豆子之後,該放冷多久再保存?
之前有詢問過咖啡賣家,說是烘完後冷了
就可保存,也有說是放4小時.請問版友們
都是放多久再保存呢?
有些豆子烘焙失重率只到16%卻會出油,出
油後是否就該儘速喝完呢?謝謝
