[請益] 阿拉比卡和羅布斯塔
想請問板上各位大大一個問題~
因為我是咖啡的入門者,看了一些咖啡相關書籍得知就植物學的分類,
我們平常喝的咖啡豆分為阿拉比卡和羅布斯塔兩種。
前者的口味香醇,咖啡因含量低;
而後者的咖啡因含量叫阿拉比卡高兩倍以上,喝起來也粗糙許多。
但是光就這樣的描述,實在不足以讓我判斷及分辨…
請問板上有經驗的咖啡前輩們,我們平常會去的咖啡店都是用阿拉比卡豆嗎?
還有,要如何避免喝到羅布斯塔呢?
